Warehouse Management

Our warehouse management tool for a renewable O&M company helps organize and track all materials, tools, and spare parts across storage locations and operational sites. It provides real-time visibility into inventory levels and ensures that critical components—like inverters, connectors, fuses, or cables—are available when and where they’re needed. This reduces downtime, improves scheduling accuracy, and supports smoother field operations.

The system distinguishes between items tracked by count (like inverters or toolkits) and those tracked by weight or length (like cable drums or bulk materials), allowing accurate stock keeping and reporting. It also handles both serialized and non-serialized items: for example, serialized inverters can be tracked individually across their lifecycle, while bulk consumables like screws or sealant can be managed in aggregate. This makes it easier to manage warranty claims, trace parts usage, and comply with regulatory or quality assurance requirements.

Technicians and planners can quickly check availability, reserve items, and assign parts to work orders (maintenance services) or specific assets. The tool supports barcode-based tracking, simplifying warehouse processes like receiving, picking, and returns. Integrated with maintenance and procurement systems, it enables automated restocking, better cost tracking, and more reliable forecasting. Overall, it improves operational efficiency, supports compliance, and ensures that renewable energy infrastructure can be maintained reliably and cost-effectively.
