[Logbook] Site Visit Management V2

This feature aims to extend management of site visits (for example by technicians) using Amperecloud Platform more powerful.

The following extensions are planned:

Logbook UI
- Add filter for only active site visits in Logbook
- Have an easily distinguishable state if a visit is active or inactive
