In certain instances, the platform displays extremely large positive or negative values (in the range of millions or billions) within monitoring and dashboards. Although these anomalies are clearly identifiable as incorrect, they currently distort reports as well as monthly and annual performance overviews.

The issue has been particularly impactful on lifetime energy calculations.

Impact
We are currently revising our overall data handling approach. This improvement will not only prevent such issues from occurring in the future but also correct historical data affected by the problem.
